For the bridal family whose wedding ceremony and reception are at the same venue.
  • Arrive in time to help the entire bridal party get ready
  • Perform all DOC responsibilities that were discussed and contracted

For the bridal family who will need a coordinator at the ceremony site and a coordinator at the reception site.
  • One coordinator will help entire bridal party get ready, coordinate the wedding
    ceremony and wedding party departure to the reception
  • One coordinator will be at the reception site finalizing all the details
  • Perform all DOC responsibilities that were discussed and contracted
  • Depart after the last formality and let you dance the night away

For the bridal family who would enjoy the services of a DOC all weekend including 
rehearsal dinner and morning brunch.
  • One coordinator will organize the rehearsal and the other rehearsal site
  • Perform all DOC responsibilities on the wedding day
  • Both coordinators will be up bright and early for departure questions and help coordinate the brunch


    • Two wedding coordinators on the day of your wedding
    • Organize and direct wedding rehearsal
    • Two consultations – a meet & greet to make sure we are the perfect fit and a 
      finalization meeting during the month of the wedding
    • Help to create the timeline, tipping guide and checklist for the day of the wedding
    • Contact and coordinate all vendors to introduce DOC
    • The DOC will be the week of / day of contact for all vendors
    • Distribution of all remaining vendor balances and gratuities
    • Inspection and confirmation of venue layout and set-up
    • Full access to our preferred vendors (discount may apply)
    • Provide the DOCtors Wedding Day Emergency Kit
    • Coordinate processional & recessional
    • Photo session coordination and management
    • Transportation coordination and management
    • Reception time line (dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)
    • Bridal Party Introductions
