Meet with you for a final planning session and to create the wedding timeline. Contact all the vendors to confirm arrival times and set up logistics. Organize the rehearsal and orchestrate your wedding party on the when, where and how to walk down the aisle. Coordinate transportation from the ceremony to the reception. Set up the escort table, centerpieces, favors and gift table and assure accurate floor plan. Manage the reception from start to finish and watch your wedding dreams come true. We are on-site at your get ready location and stay with you thought out the day!
